My journey in Pastry

My name is Elliot, and pastry is what I dream about at night. It's all I've ever known and wanted to do. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and went on to work in world-renowned kitchens as a pastry chef. I recently moved to Montreal, and I simply have to bring to this amazing city my absolute favourite pastry: the Burnt Basque Cheesecake.
